Creative Minds’ Music’s Musings posts commentary about the music and video produced by Stan Owen, Jr. What is presented here will be observations about this music, its composers, arrangers, and/or original artists. I also will include personal reflections about my performance, production, and recording of the music and accompanying video.

It is my goal to selectively record as many as possible of the significant pieces, many for solo-piano that I’ve played —with new ones. Additionally, when pieces connect with me in a way that I am compelled to learn them —they may also become projects that I record and produce.
